Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a backend-focused developer to design and implement Java-based solutions and maintain data models for diverse projects, including interfaces with external vendors via EDI. The role emphasizes TDD, DevOps practices, and ongoing quality improvement.

Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, handling emergency issues, and contributing to system design and development for the Cello-related projects.

Qualifications

• Backend experience with Java (Spring), MyBatis, DB2 and PostgreSQL.
• Data modeling (logical and physical) for system design.
• Experience with DevOps/Agile methodologies and related tools.
• TDD (Test Driven Development) experience.
• Experience in warehouse management or local transportation systems or related design/development.

Responsibilities

• System design and development for various projects, service request related to Cello system.
• Provide first tier system support for daily operations of users.
• Emergency support due to system issues.
• Coordinate & setup interfaces with various vendors using EDI.
• Perform TDD (Test Driven Development).
• Continuous platform quality improvement through refactoring.
