Job summary

Photon is seeking a skilled Java backend engineer to design and develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern security practices. You will collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular integration is required, with hands-on development across backend and frontend teams. In-person interviews are part of the process in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing technical solutions and hands-on development with Java.
• Backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira is a plus.
• Fraud Prevention domain experience is mandatory.
