Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Intermediate) for a contract-to-hire role in Plano, TX. The position requires strong Java expertise and hands-on work with Spring, microservices, REST, and database technologies. 5 days onsite, with a pathway to permanent employment based on performance.

The candidate should have 3+ years of Java experience, familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices, and be comfortable in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Java programming experience.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud tech (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL and data persistence.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain code using Java and Spring.
• Work with JDBC, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Participate in unit testing and automated testing practices.
• Contribute to system design and reliable deployment.
• Collaborate across teams following Agile methodologies.
