Java Full Stack Developer – Remote – Full Time

My client is a growing startup company building IoT device software, web, and mobile applications.

Client looking for a talented engineer to help us solve engineering problems and who will be part of the core team.

Being a core team member means you will be responsible for understanding the entire technology stack and helping to make design decisions on both client and server side. If there are technologies you may not be familiar with, you will be given the opportunity to learn and be brought up to speed.

Technologies you should be well experienced in:

• Java
• HTML
• CSS
• AngularJS
• Git / GitHub

Other technologies we use (Bonus points for those who have experience):

• Ruby
• Objective‑C
• C
• Ruby on Rails
• Cordova
• Gradle

Our application consists of both web view and native Android UI views and functionality.

Bonus points go to those who can contribute to other aspects of our development stack (REST API, iOS, and the web).

As a company engineer, you should be familiar with common programming design principles, unit, integration and GUI testing.

You should have experience with processes like Scrum, using project management tools like Jira and pull requests.

Our development team focuses on quality code over quantity and expects each team member to be able to manage their time and focus accordingly.
