Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; willing to consider 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for developers.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications, focusing on stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for transitions to new software.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance reliability.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
