Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to demanding engineering projects in Richardson, TX. You will document business requirements, guide the design of software solutions, and participate in coding to enhance application stability.

You will lead code reviews, build robust test strategies, and develop training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new software. This role emphasizes proactive testing, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience in Java microservices development using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs, and distributed system design.
• Extensive experience with Apache Kafka for real-time messaging, event streaming, and event-driven architecture implementations.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture including service discovery, API gateway, resilience patterns, and inter-service communication.
• Experience developing scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, application performance tuning, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security best practices.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below

Required Skill And Experience

Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Experience with container orchestration, service mesh technologies, and enterprise integration patterns.

Understanding of DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and performance engineering.

Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
