Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Architecture Consultant 3 within its CMT unit to design and review enterprise architectures, create business requirement documents, and guide cross-system integration. You will mentor teams, mitigate risks, and contribute to client proposals in a dynamic digital transformation environment.

The role requires hands-on Java Full Stack expertise, Spring Boot microservices, and familiarity with Python, Oracle, and MongoDB, plus cloud experience with Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Java Full Stack technologies, including architecture, application design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience architecting and implementing Spring Boot-based microservices solutions, including API design, application integration, scalability, performance optimization, and solution governance.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, gathered from workshops and client interviews.
• Review, propose, and develop solution architecture ensuring design is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for implementation to meet business requirements.
• Review technical solutions and develop integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support while promoting reusable artifacts.
• Provide specialized insights to development teams and collaborate with clients and internal teams to secure project success.
• Identify risks in the system landscape, monitor performance, and suggest optimization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge base for vital information.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs with architectural insights for proposed solutions.

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Review, propose, and develop solution architecture, ensuring application design aligns with the proposed framework and which are scalable, reliable and maintainable
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies, tools and platforms for implementation as a part of architectural design, to meet business requirements
• Review technical solutions and develop strategies for integration with different technologies and systems, to ensure seamless communication and data flow
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts
• Provide specialized insights to development team and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing successful execution of projects
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives in line with business requirements and long-term objectives
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge base to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to architectural solutions, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill and Experience

• Hands-on experience in Java Full Stack technologies, including architecture, application design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience architecting and implementing Spring Boot-based microservices solutions, including API design, application integration, scalability, performance optimization, and solution governance.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Working knowledge of Python (Open Systems) for application development, automation, and system integrations.
• Understanding of MongoDB architecture, including NoSQL data modeling, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle database technologies for database development, query optimization, and data integration.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies, including AI-enabled application design and integration of AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including cloud-native architecture, deployment, and integration patterns.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
