Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Date of Birth (MM/DD)

• LinkedIn profile
• No VoIP or Google Voice
• USC or GC only

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Java (backend focus) 17 and above
• Spring Boot & Spring Reactive
• Microservices development from scratch
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• AWS services: ECS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in Java and Spring Boot, specifically in building enterprise applications

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• JVM tuning experience (helpful but not required)
• Previous mortgage industry experience (a plus but not mandatory)
• No need for Drools or React/Frontend

Additional Details

• Primary communication between services is via REST APIs
• Cloud usage is primarily AWS (not Azure or GCP)

Deployment occurs once per month. The team follows Agile/Sprint methodology with 2-week sprints.
