Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a senior Java-focused developer to design, build, deploy, and support large-scale distributed applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in weekend production readiness when required.

The role emphasizes strong coding skills, experience with Spring Boot, Java/J2EE, and modern messaging/search stacks. Preference for AWS and AI knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Java/J2EE, EJBs, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful services, JMS; interfaces with Kafka/Elasticsearch; ReactJS for SPA
• Willingness to work in a support project and identify requirements with business
• Willingness to extend work hours for weekend production calls when needed
• Strong coding skills to clear coding challenges during technical discussions
• AWS and AI knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
• Collaborate with a team to develop smart, scalable solutions and provide solid user experiences
• Understand performance issues and address them systematically
• Create end-to-end architecture and deployment strategies
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver solutions to customers
• Own end-to-end delivery and translate business requirements into technical specs
• Apply Agile and Test Driven Development practices
• Create automated unit tests for existing and new projects

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Java/J2EE, EJBs, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Hibernate, Restful services, JMS, Interfacing with Kafka/Elastic search. Expertise in React JS framework to develop the SPA.
• Willingness to working in support project- Work closely with business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies/scenarios for the future solution.
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours to extend support during weekend production calls (on need basis)
• Strong coding skills to clear coding challenge during the technical discussion
• AWS and AI knowledge- Preferrable
