Job summary

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Java Developer with a TS/SCI clearance to support our government customer in Vienna, VA. The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day telework) and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include design, development, testing, and deployment for unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret environments, following Agile Scrum methods and guiding teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4+ years related software development experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• NoSQL databases experience preferred.
• Java Programmer Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately represent customer requirements and translate them to software solutions.
• Analyze functional applications and design specifications.
• Test, fix, and refine software.
• Enhance software to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical direction to programmers to meet deadlines.
• Assist team to interpret requirements, code, integrate, and test components.
• Develop advanced system specifications.
• Design software tools and subsystems to support reuse.
