What's the Job?

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
• Coach and guide scrum teams in Java and Cloud development platforms, including frontend and backend technologies like Spring Boot and PCF.
• Ensure code quality by performing reviews, writing test cases, and adhering to best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technology solutioning across large teams.
• Develop documentation such as high-level design, system design, and architecture documents, securing necessary approvals.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in software development with a bachelor's or higher degree in computer science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST, microservices, and cloud-based development.
• Experience coaching junior and staff-level developers and translating architecture into detailed technical designs.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
