Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software development experience.
• 3-5 years with Java, Spring Boot, REST, microservices and cloud development.
• Experience coaching junior staff and translating architecture into designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional systems.
• Coach and guide scrum teams in Java and cloud platforms.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and tests.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to solutioning for large teams.
• Develop high-level design and architecture documentation.
