Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation, documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions.
• Participate in coding, integrating new features, and maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement testing strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies.
• Maintain records of code and testing techniques.
