Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking an experienced Java Developer to support and maintain enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot production issues, support RESTful APIs, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and be adept at incident management, RCA, and documentation. Experience with Linux and common CI/CD tools is required.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience supporting RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection, thread management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, debugging, and data analysis.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere).
• Experience with messaging (Kafka, JMS, MQ).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
• Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
• Ability to manage P1/P2 major incidents and perform RCA.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, incidents, and API problems.
• Support RESTful APIs and distributed systems; optimize performance.
• Coordinate major incidents (P1/P2) and implement permanent fixes.
• Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and handover notes.
