Qualifications

• Experience in complete SDLC including design, development, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Proficient in SQL programming and OOD analysis and design with Java/J2EE.
• Experience with Web Services, RAD, and WebSphere; ability to read Oracle-based stored procedures.
• Experience with system integration testing and defect reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams; document requirements.
• Knowledge of data structures and data migration/conversion and relational/multi-dimensional DB design.
• Evaluates user requests, feasibility, cost and time; plans development steps.
• Consults with users to identify procedures and objectives.
• Formulates development plan using structured or object-oriented methods.
