Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Java Developer/Full Stack Developer in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid with three days onsite, focusing on designing and delivering Java/J2EE-based microservices, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures using Kafka/MQ.

The candidate will contribute hands-on coding, perform performance tuning, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and secure tech designs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on Kafka/MQ experience (producers, consumers, streams, error handling).
• MongoDB data modeling, indexing, performance optimization.
• Knowledge of design patterns, system design, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Java/J2EE-based microservices applications.
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka/MQ.
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive adoption of clean code, design patterns, and microservices best practices.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and production issues.
