Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Java Developer/Full Stack Developer to lead design and development of Java/J2EE microservices, with hybrid onsite work (3 days on site). • Knowledge of design patterns and system/architectural principles.
• Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to explain designs clearly.

Position: Java Developer/Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Interview: First round is Virtual (Video) and Final round is Face-to-face (In Person) Interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of Java/J2EE-based microservices applications
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka/MQ
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
• Drive adoption of clean code, design patterns, and microservices best practices
• Support deployment, monitoring, and production issues

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
