ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer skilled in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices. You will design, build, and optimize scalable, event-driven systems using Kafka/MQ while mentoring peers and ensuring best practices across teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, performance tuning, and collaboration with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust, secure software in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment.

Formación

• Proven Java/J2EE expertise with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs and distributed design.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/MQ and data modeling in MongoDB.
• Knowledge of design patterns, system design, and architectural principles.
• Good communication and ability to explain complex designs clearly.

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Interview

First round is Virtual (Video) and Final round is Face-to-face (In Person) Interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development ofJava/J2EE-based microservices applications
• Actively contribute tohands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning
• Design and implementevent-driven architecturesusingKafka/MQ
• Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
• Drive adoption ofclean code, design patterns, and microservices best practices
• Support deployment, monitoring, and production issues

Required Skills

• Strong expertise inJava/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
• Solid understanding ofMicroservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience withKafka/MQ(produces, consumers, streams, error handling)
• Strong experience inMongoDB(data modeling, indexing, performance optimization)
• Good knowledge ofdesign patterns, system design, and architectural principles
• Experience withDocker/Kubernetesis a plus
