Qualifications

• 2+ years of Java/J2EE development and maintenance.
• Proficient in XML technologies (XML/XSD/XSLT/XSL-FO) and Java-based document processing.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL scripting, stored procedures and data validation.
• Experience with unit testing tools (JUnit/JMockit) and Eclipse; familiarity with version control and code reviews.
• Experience with Apache FOP, Oracle Utilities, Altova XML tools; Agile methodologies; UNIX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Java components, modules, forms, reports, and document-generation functionality.
• Build XML/XSL-based notices, templates, forms, transformations, and system-generated documents.
• Create SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures for application processing, reporting, and data validation.
• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across components.
• Design UML models and XML configurations to support enhancements and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver maintainable solutions aligned with business rules.
