What You’ll Be Doing As A Senior Java Developer At MoldStud

As a Senior Java Developer, you'll develop robust and agile back-end services. Your responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code following industry best practices, contributing to our technology stack's evolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features. You will make significant contributions to high-impact projects, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of our applications, and shaping technology that impacts how people use digital solutions.

Required Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and object-oriented programming, focusing on Java and Spring Framework.
• 3+ years developing multithreaded applications.
• Experience with application servers.
• Experience working in high traffic / high load environments.
• Familiarity with technologies like Firebase, MongoDB, Wowza.
• Mentoring and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Soft Skills

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
