Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have a strong skills in Java-based technologies with a passion for building accessible, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on experience with Java, JBoss, Spring/Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies including React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with SQL databases and accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508, WCAG) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Build and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and JBoss.
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, QA, and DevOps.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508, WCAG).
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and JBoss.
Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.
Experience implementing and testing for web accessibility (ADA, Section 508, WCAG).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
