Seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer on a permanent, remote basisto drive the evolution of digital platforms for a rapidly expanding regional organization. In this remote role, you will modernize legacy systems, enhance web architecture, and spearhead critical technical upgrades in a collaborative environment.

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly, combined with the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously or within a team
• Deep proficiency in Java EE, Core Java (versions 8+ through 21+), and REST API development
• Familiarity with software design patterns, security protocols, and engineering best practices
• Professional exposure to HCL DX, IBM WebSphere, and complementary tooling
• 5+ years of professional development experience alongside a relevant bachelor's degree

Main Duties

• Maintain, write, and optimize clean, maintainable code across the entire front-end and back-end stack
• Architect, design, and scale high-performance web applications focused on exceptional user experience
• Modernize and refactor legacy codebases to elevate overall system performance
• Build, manage, and support APIs, databases, and server logic to ensure seamless data pipelines
• Implement robust data protection, authentication, and authorization standards to secure applications
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into dependable technical solutions
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade server infrastructure
• Execute code reviews, enforce strict quality standards, and provide constructive team feedback
• Drive targeted website improvements, including optimizations to billing and user feedback interfaces
• Remote work flexibility, with occasional onsite collaboration preferred but optional

Base salary spanning $110,000 to $130,000
