Job summary

INFOSYS NOVA HOLDINGS LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in Java, Spring Boot, and Azure to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building Java-based enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Experience deploying cloud-native apps on Azure.
• Proficient SQL and PostgreSQL; NoSQL experience with CosmosDB.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
• Git and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade apps using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Build and deploy cloud-native apps and serverless solutions on Azure.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Design relational DB solutions with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Work with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB.
• Develop event-driven apps using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Apply best practices for code quality and security.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Collaboratewitharchitects,productmanagers,andcross-functionalengineeringteamstodeliverreliablesoftwaresolutions.

Forselectpositions,developPython-basedapplicationsandworkwithDatabricksfordataprocessingandanalytics.

Mentorotherengineers,participateintechnicaldesigndiscussions,andcontributetoengineeringstandards.

RequiredQualifications

StrongprofessionalexperienceinJava application development.

Hands-onexperiencewithSpring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

Experiencedevelopinganddeployingcloud-nativeapplicationsusingAzure Container Apps and/or Azure Functions.

ProficiencyinSQLandrelationaldatabases,preferablyPostgreSQL.

ExperiencewithNoSQLdatabases,preferablyAzureCosmosDB.

Experiencewithevent-drivenarchitectureandmessagingplatformssuchasApacheKafkaorAzureEventHubs.

ProficiencywithGitandGitHub,includingGitHubActionsforCI/CDautomation.
