Job summary

TechDigital Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Onshore Java Developer to build modern Java applications, lead security modernization efforts, and drive LDAP-to-ForgeRock migrations.

The role focuses on design, development, testing and maintenance of enterprise Java software using Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs and microservices, with collaboration across product, architecture and agile teams, and a strong emphasis on secure coding and IAM modernization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development with Spring technologies.
• Experience migrating authentication from LDAP to IAM platforms (ForgeRock preferred).
• Hands-on in secure coding with Spring Security and REST services.
• Healthcare domain exposure is a plus; onshore deployment experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Onshore Java Developer. The role focuses on modern Java application development and security modernization initiatives, including migration of Java applications from LDAP authentication to ForgeRock.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Java applications.
• Support migration of existing Java applications from LDAP to ForgeRock authentication.
• Implement secure coding practices using Spring Security.
• Develop and enhance RESTful services using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Java (Core Java and Enterprise Java)
