1. We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with impressive technical skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills to help us build our Next Generation API Platform.
2. Along with writing awesome code, the role will design and build a highly scalable set of APIs supporting rich consumer-facing applications, using industry best practices, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in architectural design, system analysis, and programming activities on application software; may require independent research and study.
2. Design, develop, test and maintain microservices to support consumer-facing applications.
3. Write highest quality code with utmost attention to scalability, security, and performance; use TDD and participate in code reviews.
4. Collaborate with DevOps to set up build and delivery pipeline; add instrumentation and monitoring to support production environments.
5. Ship high-quality products and features end-to-end, owning specifications, quality, release deployments, and monitoring production health.
6. Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor software engineers.
7. Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership, Product Managers, Designers, Test Automation, and other teams and business units to define, prioritize, sequence, scope business and functional requirements and drive results.

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
