Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, modify, and implement web applications and services supporting internal portal platforms and desktop applications. The role focuses on backend services, web APIs, microservices, performance, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

You will participate across the full software development lifecycle, stay current with industry tools, and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver features and maintain system health.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with Spring MVC for web application development and REST APIs.
• Strong experience developing backend services and microservices.
• Expertise building and consuming Web APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
