Job description

Java BPM Technical Lead

Primary skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in any BPM platform (Pega, Appian, AWD, etc.), including features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.

Technical skills:

• Define and document the solution architecture for BPM platform upgrade projects, including integrations like APIs, technical specifications, design patterns, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Certification in related BPM technologies is an asset.

• Expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and tools such as Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, SQL, etc. Familiarity with development frameworks and libraries such as React and Angular.

• Basic knowledge of AWD/Chorus platform.
• Proficient in developing APIs and web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.

Other responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to meet integration requirements and standards, ensuring consistent and compatible deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, resolving technical issues or risks.
• Support deployment and transition of solutions to production, ensuring stability, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills for effective teamwork.
• Maintain attention to detail, quality, and documentation, adhering to project standards and best practices, including version control and deployment procedures.
