Java Tech Lead (U.S Client – Banking Domain) – Up to $3200
This role is suitable for a capable developer with extensive experience in Java development. The key skills and experience required include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience as a Software Developer and at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both Front-end and Back-end development.
- Experience with Web Services: SOAP/RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration between front-end and back-end.
- Experience with Enterprise Application Servers.
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Microservices, Integration, Message Brokers, and Caching mechanisms.
- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including high/low-level design, design patterns, and unit testing.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivery and effective solution implementation.
