• 10+ Years of IT experience with hands-on Java programming.
• 7 years of hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Team Lead experience managing onshore/offshore teams.
