Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).

Candidate should be a hands‑on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.

Must be doing hands‑on Coding in the current projects.

Must have experience of 7 years and hands‑on exp in Java, PCF, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.

Should have hands‑on experience in their current projects.

Should have hands‑on working experience in Agile Methodologies.

Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
