Qualifications

• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot development in enterprise backends.
• Experience building microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience developing on AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, EKS).
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Production support and root-cause analysis experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop and support applications on AWS.
• Work with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, and EKS.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot database issues.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support batch-processing data workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, compliance, and business teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
• Contribute to application reliability, performance, and maintainability.
