Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development on enterprise Java applications.
• Deep hands-on Spring Boot Microservices experience and design.
• Strong core Java skills and modern coding standards.
• Commerce full stack engineering covering backend, frontend, and data stores.
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
• Testing strategies including unit/integration tests and regression tests.
• Familiarity with version control workflows and code reviews.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of modular commerce applications using Java and Springboot Microservices.
• Drive microservice architecture decisions for loose coupling, independently deployable services.
• Implement clean server-side code with focus on domain models and integration patterns.
• Coordinate full stack development across backend and frontend interfaces.
• Optimize performance by profiling, tuning DB interactions and service communication.
• Configure RESTful APIs and integration components for secure data exchange.
• Apply secure coding practices and data protection measures.
• Guide CI/CD pipelines for frequent, reliable releases in hybrid day shift.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, testers, and developers.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Coordinate defect analysis and resolution post-release and document runbooks.
• Engage in hybrid ceremonies to maintain transparency and delivery commitments.
