Diverse Lynx LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Java Backend Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive backend architecture and delivery. You will lead a team, design microservices, and ensure secure, scalable RESTful integrations in a banking context.

You will work on Spring Boot-based microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging, and cloud deployments, with a focus on performance and reliability. Remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend Java development
• Experience with Spring Boot microservices
• Experience architecting scalable microservices
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
• Security best practices in banking domain

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Lead with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices with banking domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development team
• Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrations
• Eligible to workimise microservices for performance and scalability
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and RCA
• Mentor junior engineers

Required Skills:

• Core Java, Java 8/11/17+
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud
• Microservices architecture
• Kafka / RabbitMQ
