Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled Java AWS Developer to join our Denver team. You will develop cloud-native applications and automate CI/CD pipelines on AWS, ensuring highly available and scalable systems.

You will design Java-based backend services, manage CI/CD pipelines, and implement IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience (Java 5+).
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS).
• Solid knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• We are looking for a skilled Java AWS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for developing cloud‑native applications, automating CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining highly available and scalable systems on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and microservices.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.
• Implement infrastructure as code (iMac) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java / Java 5+ and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience in AWS cloud services – EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, etc.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps tools – Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD implementation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands‑on with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and system integration.
