Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lead AWS Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Node.js/Java development, and cloud-native application architecture. The ideal candidate will lead development activities, design scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications on AWS.

Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and/or Java.

Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available applications.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and mentor development teams.

Follow best practices for application security, performance, and monitoring.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

Expertise in Node.js or Java backend development.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Knowledge of AWS serverless architecture and cloud-native development.

Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of database technologies, application security, and performance optimization.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

AWS certification is a plus.

Experience: 8+ years in software development, including strong AWS development experience and technical leadership.
