We are looking for an experienced Java Cloud Architect with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on expertise in architecture design, cloud solutions, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services and a deep understanding of cloud migration strategies, security frameworks, and scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud architectures on AWS.
• Assess client workloads and IT landscapes to determine cloud readiness.
• Develop business cases and cloud adoption roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Define and lead end-to-end cloud architecture initiatives.
• Mentor development and architecture teams to build internal competencies.
• Provide thought leadership via whitepapers, seminars, and internal forums.
• Establish and maintain trust with key stakeholders, including CTOs and Enterprise Architects.
• Present technical strategies and architectural solutions to executive and technical audiences.

Technical Expertise:

• Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
• Architecture: Experience in designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures.
• Provisioning: Proficient in spinning up and managing AWS clusters.
• System Design: Knowledge of scalable production systems, including load balancing, caching (Memcached), and master/slave architectures.
• DevOps: Hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD, and integration pipelines.

Security & Compliance:

• Strong knowledge in Security Architecture within cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud security automation, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security reference architectures for both cloud-only and hybrid models.

Soft Skills & Communication:

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Able to influence and guide client stakeholders and internal teams effectively.

Certifications (Preferred):

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
