Job summary

Akkodis is hiring a Java Developer for an on-site role near NE Philadelphia Airport. The position focuses on developing a Java-based eCommerce application within a 2B+ organization serving B2B clients in HVAC solutions.

You will work directly with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve commerce outcomes. The role requires 3+ years of Java development experience, exposure to eCommerce or ERP integration, and SQL Server knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Exposure to eCommerce, ERP integration, or similar domain applications.
• SQL Server database experience.
• Ability to work as a developer and business analyst, gathering requirements and handling bug fixes.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from the business and translate into technical solutions.

Java Developer (eCommerce App) - Onsite Opportunity (Fully onsite near NE Philadelphia Airport, Salary up to $105k- $125k + fulltime benefits) - Refrigeration Solutions Retail and eCommerce Distributor

This is a unique opportunity, it is an engineer reporting directly into the Director of Marketing for a privately owned and operated $2bil + organization whose products are mostly sold B2B to enable all facets of operations for contractors, construction companies, residential, and corporate buildings HVAC solutions, installation, parts, and repair.

A mix of the following experience is highly desired:

• Development experience with Java... 3+ years, nice to also bring exposure to eCommerce, ERP integration, or similar domain application.
• Any exposure to integrations with GA4, various CMS (ContentStack, Klaviyo), A/B testing, image, catalog, or product management management for eCom, or similar Java API development.
• SQL Server DB experience.
• Willing to work as a developer and BA, interacting and gathering requirements and handling bug fix requests directly from the business

This is a fulltime opportunity targeting from $105-$120k base salary + fulltime benefits
