Blue Origin in Titusville, FL is seeking a Production Support Specialist to help streamline material flow and inventory management on the JARVIS line. You will be on the ground supporting welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing activities to keep production on schedule.

The role requires forklift operation, strong teamwork, and a focus on 5S and safety. Candidates should be ready to work varied shifts, overtime, and travel as needed while upholding Blue Origin’s safety standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inventory Control, Tool Crib and/or Material Handling experience.
• Experience working with a cross functional team.
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to safely drive a forklift and perform acute work.

Responsabilités

• Support various team initiatives, including team building events and functions.
• Requisitioning, receiving, storing, and issuing inventory, tooling, consumables and assets to technicians and operators.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following 5S principles and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor flow/velocity of jobs through the production line and coordinate with Production Control to meet schedules.
• Cross-functionally expedite material shortages to avoid delays.
• Assist in material handling and distribution of MRO inventory.
• Prepare for, conduct, and assist in cycle counts and site audits.
• Identify manufacturing delays and report to Operations Supervisors and Managers.
