Job summary

Mercier Consultancy in Athens is seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Agent to assist users of an online file hosting service. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and live chat, with full paid training and a relocation package.

You must have Japanese at the C1/C2 level and strong English, plus a valid EU passport; relocation is available for candidates living outside Greece.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Japanese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Athens, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online chats.
• Support users of an online file hosting service from the Athens office, with full paid training.
