You'll train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with management on schedules, supplies, and site issues, while upholding OSHA guidelines and quality control across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with management regarding staffing, supply needs, and facility issues
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise janitorial staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on site assignments
