Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise janitorial staff during cleaning shifts across assigned facilities.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company quality standards and client expectations.
• Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting inventory needs to management.
• Conduct walkthroughs and quality inspections before shift completion.
• Communicate any facility issues, maintenance concerns, or staff matters to supervisors.
