Responsibilities include cleaning offices, breakrooms, and restrooms, as well as maintaining supplies. Special Skills/Abilities:
Interpersonal: Relate to a variety of clients and staff.
Written Communications: Ability to use basic writing skills to keep an inventory log.
Oral Communications: Ability to speak English
Equipment Ability to use vacuum and other janitorial equipment as needed.
Other Qualifications or Requirements:
Mental Effort: Ability to work independently and successfully coordinate the activities of the job.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ability to withstand strenuous activity. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Working Conditions:Office, breakroom and common areas
Visual Effort: Well-lighted office/warehouse environment requiring an average amount of visual effort.
