Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Must submit to and pass required drug screen and background.
• Have 2+ years janitorial experience.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Capacity to take direction, ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Be able to work in harmony with others.
• Must possess great problem-solving skills and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• The Janitorial Tech position requires mopping, vacuuming, pulling trash, dusting surfaces high/low, window seals, cleaning windows, baseboards, & furniture.
• Cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, shower rooms, office areas, break areas & replenishing soap, paper towel, and tissue dispensers in restrooms/break areas.
• Breakdown of all PAPRS from the previous shift. This includes loading washers, dryers, and removing damaged items from service.
• Other duties include but not limited to filter inventory, filter change, filter usage tracking, damage item removal, helping visitors to assemble PAPRS, washing safety vests/helmets, and replacing O-rings in hoses.
• ALL work to be completed according to SOW.
• Associate is to use assigned phone at site only to clock in/out.

• Other tasks may be assigned as required.
