Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• 7-year background check and drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and dispose of cardboard, other packing materials, wood, etc. from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
• Empty all trash cans/receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed including augers, balers, waste compactors.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and enforcing policies.
• Drive a culture of constant improvement and increase business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
• Abide by Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.
