Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• A proactive approach to maintaining facilities and addressing potential issues before they arise.
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift between 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for an extended period of time.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Project work for overtime available.
