Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a part-time Service Worker in Columbus, OH to lead our janitorial team and perform cleaning duties to meet established standards. You will supervise staff, assign tasks, train personnel, and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.

Requirements include 2+ years in janitorial work, preferred lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, and eligibility to work in the United States with E-Verify.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven janitorial experience.
• Previous janitorial lead experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Assist the janitorial staff with work assignments.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met by the team.
• Serve as a role model for staff and uphold cleaning quality.
• Take inventory of supplies and notify management when depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Attend meetings and in-service training as required.
• Perform all janitorial duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
