Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to staff and inspect work to ensure standards are met.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and equipment and inform management when depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform all janitorial duties during staff shortages when necessary.
