Advanced in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead a team of cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for commercial properties.

You will schedule, train, and manage performance while coordinating with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs. The role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and adherence to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of janitorial best practices, cleaning techniques, and equipment usage.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, tasks, and supplies.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in dynamic situations.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to janitorial work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee and ensure the proper execution of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning protocols are followed and facilities are maintained to high standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and address concerns or requests.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent cleaning situations.
• Provide clear communication to staff and management regarding updates and feedback.
• Monitor and enforce safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other tasks and projects requested by the customer and Advanced team.
