Job summary

Linked, LLC is seeking a dependable Janitorial/Sweeper to maintain a clean, safe manufacturing facility in Fraser, MI. This contract-to-hire role focuses on general cleaning, sweeping, housekeeping, and keeping production and common areas orderly.

You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, earning $15.50 per hour. Prior janitorial or general labor experience is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work well independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial/cleaning or general labor preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean shop floors, walkways, and work areas
• Remove trash, debris, and other materials from designated areas
• Maintain clean and organized production and common areas
• Clean and maintain break rooms, restrooms, and other facility areas
• Keep equipment and surrounding areas free of dirt, dust, and debris
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Report spills, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to a supervisor
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify a supervisor when supplies are needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
