Job summary

Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. seeks a dependable Contract Crew Supervisor to lead janitorial and grounds maintenance teams at NAS Jacksonville Fleet Readiness Center.

You will supervise individuals with disabilities, provide on-the-job training, and ensure work aligns with the contract Statement of Work. You will also handle attendance, documentation, and daily operations while maintaining strong communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass required background screening.
• Two years of related experience preferred; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
• Strong reading and following written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support individuals in completing assigned duties.
• Provide skill acquisition training in janitorial services and grounds maintenance.
• Organize assignments and direct tasks while ensuring quality work.
• Maintain attendance records and assist with contract operations and documentation.
